Diverters type
AFT-DVR enable the diversion of the
flow of media. Shutting-off the flow or changing the direction of flow is carried out by accurate
closing or opening of discs of flow dividing valves.
The shafts of these valves
are connected together by the system of levers driven by an actuator. The
sealing between disc and body is of metal-to-metal type or by using special
sealing profiles.
Disc shafts of flow dividing valves are sealed in a
body by gland packing. Flow dividing valves in the amount of two or three,
depending on the type of diverter, are built over in a common body with
flanged or welded connection to the pipeline. Each disc depending on
its established design solution can be supported in
rolling or slide bearings.
The construction solution and the selection
of materials is chosen during design stage according to the diverter’s working
conditions.
The range of offered diameters is DN300 to DN1500. The range of
working temperature up to 550°C.
