AR CArlstedt, who had
invented the “nozzle-flapper” principle. Today the company is located in
Tönisvorst near Düsseldorf in Germany.
The company is owner of several innovative and patented technical solutions.ARCA valves operate in power plants, steel mills, refineries, coal gasification plants and everywhere where reliable flow control is demanded with optimized operational cost.
ARCAs scope of delivery includes 2-way single or double seated control valves, 3-way mixing or diverting control valves, angle control valves, sterile control valves, steam conditioning valves in globe or angle versions, linear and quarter turn actuators, electropneumatic and pneumatic positioners, pressure and temperature controllers as well as many other equipment for control valves.
ARCA control valves, depending on their execution, are applied for media with a temperature range from -196° to +600°C, nominal pressures PN10 to PN400, with nominal diameters DN15 to DN600.
ARCA steam conditioning valves are, depending on their execution, are applied for steam with temperatures up to 620°C at nominal pressures PN16 to PN400 and nominal diameters PN25 to PN600. Pneumatic diaphragm or piston linear actuators ensure actuating forces in range from 2,6 to 87 kN. Modern positioners ARCAPRO were designed and are manufactured in close cooperation with SIEMENS.
ARCA valves work in many power plants and other reliable industrial installations all over the world, which is proven by a wide reference list. The company has numerous international quality certificates.
